Pick N Pluck Foam

Pick N Pluck foam is a great way to protect items from damage stored inside Tuffy products.  The Pick N Pluck foam offers a custom fit for all your valuables. The Eggcrate foam provides top protection when attached to a lid. The Pick N Pluck Foam has small perforated squares that can be removed in the shape of items such as guns, cameras, etc. Base foam lines the bottom of a Tuffy box so your fragile items can be protected on all sides.

Sold in a variety of sized sheets. Additional sizes and thicknesses are available, call for a quote.

Dimensions: The Pick N Pluck and the Solid Base foam is available in 1”, 2” and 3” thick and 12”x13”, 18”x20”, and 24”x26”. The Eggcrate foam is offered in 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" thick and 12"x13", 18"x20", and 24"x26". Multiple sheets can be affixed with spray adhesive for larger dimensions.

Fits:

• Any Tuffy products that has a solid flat mounting surface for the bottom and all the sides to affix to and support the foam. Adheres to Steel, Aluminum, or Wood.
• Tuffy also offers custom cutting for an additional charge, just send a drawing or complete the Custom Foam Quote Sheet PDF and send it to Tuffy for a fast quote.

Mounting:
