TUFFY RETURN POLICY
Tuffy offers a ten day money back guarantee less shipping and handling costs for any resellable standard Tuffy product purchased and shipped directly from Tuffy. Custom order products and non-standard Tuffy products are non-refundable.
Returns for products not purchased directly from Tuffy must be returned to the dealer where the product was originally purchased. Check with the Dealer for their return policy as they may vary.
To return a standard resellable Tuffy product purchased and shipped from Tuffy directly contact Tuffy for an RMA# and packaging instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. The returned product must be packaged with same amount of protection as when it left the factory. (Example: Parts should not be placed inside the Tuffy box without packaging protection or the inside of the box will need to be repared) Any repair costs incured by Tuffy to make a returned product resellable will not be refunded.
