Tuffy Return Policy
Tuffy offers a ten day money back guarantee less shipping and handling costs for any Tuffy product purchased on Tuffy’s website and shipped directly from Tuffy with the exception of the following:
- Products that can not be resold (as determined by Tuffy, please contact customer service for clarification).
- Products that can’t be purchased directly on Tuffy’s website.
- Special quantity orders requiring larger than standard run sizes.
- Non-Inventoried and/or discontinued products.
- Custom products.
To return a qualifying Tuffy product, contact Tuffy for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and packaging instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. The returned product must be packaged with same amount of protection as when it left the factory. (Example: Parts should not be placed inside the Tuffy box without packaging protection or the inside of the box will need to be repaired). Any repair costs incurred by Tuffy to make a returned product resellable will not be refunded.
Returns for products not purchased directly from Tuffy must be returned to the dealer where the product was originally purchased. Check with the Dealer for their return policy as they may vary.
